Company Overview:
Our company was incorporated on February 14, 1967 as Tobu Enterprises Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. Our Company was converted into a public limited company on October 13, 1987. The name of company changed to ‘Justride Enterprises Limited’ on November 29, 2013 and now changed to Eraaya Lifespaces Limited on March 20, 2024. Company was acquired by Ms. Sukriti Garg and M/s. Just Right Life Limited in pursuance of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) entered by the acquirers on April 20, 2022. Consequently, the aforesaid acquirers became the Promoters and Promoter Group of the Company.
